摘　　要：目的　研究吸毒肺结核患者的临床特点。方法　比较了吸毒和非吸毒肺结核患者的结核病分布类型、临床症状、痰菌情况及X线胸片检查。结果　吸毒组中患者临床症状 (咳嗽、咳痰、胸痛、呼吸困难、咯血、盗汗、乏力、消瘦、发热 ) ,病灶范围 ,空洞及痰菌阳性较对照组明显增高 (P <0 .0 1) ,而吸毒组中各类型肺结核与对照组无差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。Objective To study the clinical feature of drug taking patients with pulmonary tuberculosis.Methods Types of X ray,clinical symptoms and results of tuberculosis bacillus examination in sputum between drug taking group and non drug taking group were compared.Results There were more significant increases in the severity ofclinical symtoms, the scope of pathological changes, rate of cavitation and the sputum positive rate in drug taking group than those in non drug taking group.There was no difference in all types of pulmonary tuberculosis between drug taking group and non drug taking group(P> 0.05 ).Conclusion People should attach importance with the highest degree to the prevention and cure of drug-taking patients with pulmonary tuberculosis.
