摘　　要：管理活动中最关键的因素是人 ,本文作者理论联系实际 ,探讨如何加强图书馆藏阅借一体化人员的管理。The human being is the key factor in management's activity.From viewpoint of combining theory with practice,the paper discusses how to enhance the human being's management of library in collecting books reading circulating integration,and stresses the approach to motivate human being's activities.
