摘　　要：为克服传统的棉纱分级方法所造成的主观性的缺陷 ,以求准确反应纱线不匀的外观效果 ,探索采用了计算机图像处理检测棉纱黑板条干的方法 ,通过用扫描仪采集标准样照图像 ,经过滤波、二值化、纱线切割、特征参数提取等处理手段 ,对优级、一级样照进行了处理分析 .结果表明 ,一级样照的单样不匀率明显大于优级样照的不匀率 。In order to overcome subjective defects of the traditional cotton yarn ranking, reflect exactly the outside effect of yarn unevenness, the article seeks the method and process of using computer images to treat the process of testing cotton yarn show board, analyses the super and first order standard photograph by collecting standard photograph images and treating them through filtering, two-value, yarn cutting and feature parameter drawing. The result shows that the uneveness of first order standard photograph is bigger obviously than that of the super standard photograph . It is consistent with audio-visual evaluation.
