摘　　要：在介绍方便面生产工艺和要求的基础上 ,改变以往各级分散控制的模式 ,采用目前技术成熟、可靠性高的可编程序控制器 (PLC)和触摸屏技术、变频调速器、温度控制仪表 ,构成油炸电动机转速的油温跟踪系统 ,使油炸后的方便面色泽一致 ;构成多台电机同步跟踪调速系统 ,使所有传送电动机速度保持一致 ,从而使每包方便面面条截面积相同 。Based on describing the noodle producing techniques and requirements, this paper introduces the application of high the reliability PLC, touch screen technology, frequency controller and temperature controlling instrument, which are different from the old dispersive controlling mode. The fried noodles are identical in color by means of the motor speed tracing system in terms of the oil temperature. The synchro-tracing velocity modulation of multiple motors can make all transport motors hold the same speed. The consistence of the noodles camber and working tension in the processing makes the sectional areas of noodles congruent in order to insure the same weight of each pack.
