α-干扰素栓治疗宫颈糜烂的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的 :观察α-干扰素治疗宫颈糜烂的临床疗效。方法 :用α-干扰素栓治疗宫颈糜烂 2 6 7例 ,阴道给药 ,隔日1次 ,12粒为 1个疗程 ,共 3个疗程。结果 :症状改善率达 85 5 9%～ 89 16 %,总有效率达 87 6 4%。结论 :а -干扰素栓对宫颈糜烂疗效显著、简便易行。Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of α-interferon suppository in the treatment of cervicitis. Methods 267 patients with cervicitis were given the medicine per vaginum every two days, and the treatment lasted 3 courses, 12 pills for each.Results The improvement rate of the symptoms reached between 85.59% and 89.16%, the total effective rate 87.64%. Conclusion The therapy is very effective and easy to perform.
