摘　　要：面对新世纪 ,能否培养合格的社会建设人才 ,政治辅导员的重要是不容置疑的。高校基层党务工作者要不失时机地在思想。There is no boubt that counsellors play an important role to cultivate qualified and constructive talents in the face of new century.In universities,basic party affairs workers should grasp opportunities to educate and guide counsellor to engage in the political and ideological work for the college students as soon as possible.
