摘　　要：钻井液润滑剂是一种重要的钻井液化学处理剂 ,它的作用是改善钻井液润滑性 ,降低井壁与钻具 (或套管 )之间的摩擦 ,降低钻柱旋转扭矩和起下钻阻力 ,从而减少卡钻事故的发生。根据目前使用的钻井液润滑剂存在的不足 ,研制出了一种新型钻井液润滑剂。通过正交实验优选了润滑剂配方 ,经室内和现场实验证明该产品润滑性能好 ,与钻井液其它组分配伍性好 ,且无毒性 。Drilling fluid lubricant is an important additive in drilling fluid. Lubricant can improve drilling fluid lubricity,reduces friction between well wall and drilling tools (or casing),reduces moment of torque during rotation of drilling pipe and resistance during round trip,thereby reduces risk of drilling pipe sticking This paper put forward a new recipient about developing new type lubricant of drilling fluid according to shortage in drilling fluid lubricant that are being used. Excellent lubricant formulation has been chosen by perpendicular experiment. The conclusion that the lubricant lubricity is good and its compatibility is good with the components in drilling fluid has been validated by laboratory experiment and field practice. This lubricant has little negative effect on environment.
