写好稿件退修意见的“一二三四五”

摘　　要：稿件退修意见是编辑与作者之间的桥梁和纽带 ,是作者修改稿件的“金标准”。写好稿件退修意见可从以下几个方面着手 :怀着一颗平常心 ;综合专业和编辑 2方面的审稿意见 ;尊重作者、审稿人和编辑 3方面的劳动 ;处理好补充和删减、内容和形式、重点和次要、肯定和疑问等 4个关系 ;注意数据处理、标准和规范、作者姓名和单位、图表、参考文献等 5个细节。The suggestions of manuscript revision are the bridge between editors and authors and the 'golden standard' for the authors to revise manuscripts. The good revision suggestions should include: 1) the equal and positive attittude; 2) the combination of both the editors' and reviewers' opinions; 3) respecting the work of authors, reviewers and editors; 4) properly handling the relationship between adding and shortening, contents and forms, important and less important issues, and confirmations and doubts; 5) paying attention to the details of data, standards and norms, author names and affiliations tables and figures, and references.
