日用艺术陶瓷装饰用新型大红釉的研制

摘　　要：研制出一种适用于日用瓷及艺术瓷装饰用新型大红色釉 ,用包裹型镉硒红色料为着色剂 ,基釉为石灰—碱透明生料釉 ,氧化焰下一次烧成 ,烧成温度在 12 5 0～ 130 0℃范围。主要探讨了基釉组成、工艺条件、烧成制度等因素对色釉呈色的影响 ,优化获得了使色料呈色稳定、发色鲜艳、热膨胀系数小。A new type of red glaze that uses ZrSiO 4-Cd(S xSe 1-x ) as its main colorant and applies lime-alkali raw glaze as its base glaze has been developed in this study.This glaze is once fired under oxidizing atmosphere between 1250～1300℃.The influence of base glaze's composition,technological condition,firing system on the coloring effect has been discussed.The base galze formula that leads to stable coloring effect,bright color,lower thermal expansion and higher micro-hardness as well as the appropriate preparation technology have been obtained by optimizing the preparation process. The red glaze is very applicable and well popularized in domestic porcelain and artistic porcelain decoration.
