摘 要:连续导向钻井技术是近年来在现场实施的一项新的钻井技术。华北油田第四钻井工程公司在 12口井上实施了该技术。实施中 ,根据不同的地层 ,选择了不同的钻具组合 ,在连续导向钻进段选用PDC钻头 ,在第 1口井的实施中 ,选用了MWD无线随钻测量仪器 ,运用自行研制的钻井软件 ,不断调整钻进参数 ,顺利完成了钻井作业。完成的 12口井钻机月速度提高了 4 1%,钻井周期降低了 9.34d/口 ,建井周期降低了 11.4 4d/口。得出了 0 .85°单弯螺杆造斜率可满足井斜不大于 2 0°的定向井和复合钻进的要求的结论 ,该技术的应用表明 ,连续导向钻井技术可大力推广应用。The continuous steerable drilling technology is a new drilling technology. This technology has been applied in 12 wells drilled by No.4 Drilling Company in Huabei Oilfield, and during the field operation, different BHAs were selected according to different formations and PDC bits were used when drilling the steerable section. MWD tools were used in the first well, and with the help of the self developed drilling software, the drilling parameters were continuously adjusted according to the real time conditions, thus the well was smoothly drilled to the bottom. As compared with the indexes of last year, the penetration rate of the 12 drilled wells was improved by 53.24% and the monthly speed of per rig improved by 41%, while the drilling period was cut by 9.34d per well and well construction period cut by 11.44d. It was concluded that the 0.85°single bent screw drills could be used for the directional drilling with hole inclination of less than 20° and the combined drilling, and this technology would be widely used in the near further.
