摘 要:针对羊二庄油田 1998年以来油层复查补层后部分出砂井抽油泵频繁砂卡、油层砂埋及以往采用地层防砂工艺存在防砂效果差、有效期短、成本高等问题 ,研究应用了防砂卡工艺。该工艺包括挡、沉、排砂防砂工艺 ,长柱塞防砂泵防砂工艺和循环充填防砂工艺 3种。介绍了其管柱结构、工艺原理、技术特点及现场应用情况。现场应用结果表明 ,这 3种防砂卡工艺施工简便 ,作业占井周期短 ,投资少 ,见效快 ,能有效地防止抽油泵砂卡现象发生 ,延长了油井免修周期 ,取得了良好的效果。Since 1998 oil well pumps of some sand production well have often been plugged by sand and oil reservoir are covered by sand in Yangerzhuang Oilfield, but traditional sand control technique is not satisfied, such as the effect is bad, valid period is short and cost is high, so sand control technique is studied and used. This technique include long plunger sand control pump and circulating packing sand control. Pipe string structure, mechanism of this technique, technique feature and application in field are introduced. The application in field show the 3 types of sand control technique have features as follows, constructing is simple, operating period is short, cost is less. It can prevent sand production in oil well pump, also extend oil well repaired free time. It has get good effect.
