排砂采油工艺的应用

摘　　要：排砂采油工艺是应用于出砂油藏的一种新生产技术。该工艺以高压水为动力液 ,通过井下水力射流泵 ,将混合液带至地面 ,对油层无遮挡 ,不会造成地层二次堵塞 ,可起到一定解堵作用 ,能解决机械防砂、化学防砂采油对地层的伤害问题。该工艺在胜利油田滨南采油厂尚店油田应用 4口井 ,产液量高 ,投入少 ,具有良好的应用前景。Sand discharging technology is a new technology for sand production reservoir. This technology take high pressure water as power fluid, mixing fluid can be taken to the ground by hydraulic jet pump, which won′t form barriers to oil reservoir and formation won′t be plugged the second time. This technology can also make plug removal, prevent damage to formation by mechanical sand control and chemical sand control. The technology has been used in 4 wells of Shangnan Oilfield of Shengli, and investment is less but production is high, so it will be used widely.
