羊毛与阳离子改性棉一浴法同色染色工艺研究

摘　　要：通过正交试验优化出棉阳离子化的最佳工艺条件,并对阳离子改性棉及羊毛织物用Lanaset染料染色的性能作了初步探讨。结果表明,用Lanaset染料染阳离子棉织物上染百分率显著提高,可实现羊毛与阳离子棉用Lanaset染料一浴法同色染色,而且染色牢度较好。The treating conditions of the cationic of cotton were optimized and the dyeing ability of treted cotton and untreated wool with Lanaset dyes were studied.The results indicated that dyeuptake of the treated cotton was significantly increased.It is possible for wool/cationic cotton to be dyed to the same color by one bath method and the fastness properties are satisfactory.The research has prepared the theoretical basis of the dyeing of wool/cationic cotton blended fabric.
