摘　　要：目的综述羰基镍的毒理、代谢和治疗。方法收集和整理近四十年来相关的研究资料。结果羰基镍属高毒性物质 ,主要经呼吸道进入人体 ,损伤肺、肝和神经系统等。结论羰基镍对人体的大多数器官具有严重的毒性作用 ,可引起急性和慢性中毒。Objective Comprehensive description of the toxicity metabolism and treatments of nickel carbonyl. Methods Collecting and analyzing recent forty years relevant data.Results Nickel carbonyl is a kint of highly toxic material, it enters the human body mainly through respiratory tract, damage lung, liver and nerve system, etc. Conclusion Nickel carbonyl has seriously toxic effects on most human organs. It may causes acute or chronic intoxication. Relevant treatments are reported.
