声学造影对早期肝纤维化诊断的实验研究

摘　　要：目的 :探讨声学造影对肝纤维化早期诊断的价值。方法 :10只实验兔以 12 0 mg/ 10 0 ml的硫代乙酰胺作为唯一饮用水的方法建立肝纤维化模型 ,应用自制的白蛋白 -氟碳气体声学造影剂进行肝脏声学造影 ,并用自身前后对照的方法 ,在肝纤维化模型建立前后测量肝动脉、肝静脉内造影剂出现的时间 (AT)、造影剂明显增多时间(IT) ,并用肝静脉内造影剂变化的各时间值减去相对应的肝动脉内造影剂出现的时间值得到相应校正后的出现时间(CAT)、明显增多时间 (CIT) ,比较肝纤维化前后各值的变化情况。结果 :口服硫代乙酰胺成功地建立了兔的肝纤维化模型 ,校正后的肝静脉内造影剂出现的时间 (CAT)、明显增多时间 (CIT)在肝纤维化前后有非常显著的差异。结论 :以硫代乙酰胺作为唯一饮用水可用于兔的肝纤维化模型的建立 ,声学造影肝静脉内造影剂出现时间。Objective:To assess the value of self-made perfluorocarbon ultrasound contrast agent in the diagnosis of the early phase of hepatic fibrosis.Methods:The fibrosis models were constructed in the 10 experimental rabbits which were fed with thioacetamide of 120mg/100ml concentration as the only drinking water.Self made albumin perfluorocarbon as the contrast agent was used in the trial by self comparison method.Results:The hepatic fibrosis models were successfully constructed using the method by feeding the thioacetamide as the only drinking water, the (corrected appearing time,CAT) and the (corrected obvious increase time,COIT) of the hepatic vein also had the significant difference before and after construction.Conclusions:The thioacetamide can be used as the only drinking water to construct the hepatic fibrosis model,and the early appearance of the CAT and the COIT of the contrast agent in the hepatic vein can be sued as markers in the diagnosis of the early phase of the hepatic fibrosis.
