摘　　要：探讨护士长的管理艺术 ,对调动大家积极性 ,加强科室内聚力 ,提高护理质量起着重要的作用。护士长人际关系处理在提高自身素质的前提下 ,重点是赢得领导的支持 ;把握好群体中的心理关系 ,掌握谈话技巧 ,注重谈话的亲切感、艺术感、责任感 ;建立团结和谐的氛围 。To probe the important action of head nurse management methods on department cohesive force and raising nursing quality. The prerequisite are to raise oneself performance and to gain the leader supporting. Grasping the mass mental and talking skill, paying attention to cordial feeling, art and duty, constructing unity and a harmonious atmosphere to guide the people to the same arming.
