摘  要:作者应用电镜及免疫电镜对21例EHF病毒抗原阳性(其中细胞阳性率为73.7%~25.3%)患者骨髓标本的观察结果表明,骨髓细胞中游离核糖体增多和聚积,高尔基体及内质网增生和扩张,胞浆内大泡形成和空泡化及少数溶解坏死,并有多数或单个存在的典型的病毒样颗粒、病毒特异性包涵体及“多泡体”结构,病毒NP抗原标记物主要存在于游离核糖体、胞浆及大泡内的颗粒状结构及病毒包涵体中,而典型的病毒样颗粒、增生扩张的高尔基体及“多泡体”NP抗标记阴性.上述改变存在于病毒抗原阳性细胞中,提示病变是由病毒直接作用所致.The ultrastructure and ultrastructural localization of viral antigens in the bone marrow cells of 21 eases of patients with epidemic hemorrhagic fever were studied by immunocytochemical and electronic microscopic techniques. The aggregation of free ribosome, proliferation and vacuolization of plasma, necrosis of few cells, typical virus-like particles, viral specific inclusion bodies and multi-bubble bodies were observed in the cells. Viral antigen positive cells were from 73-7% to 253% unequally in number among the cases, the NP antigens were mainly localized in the free ribosome,viral inclusion bodies and granular structures existing in the plasma and vacuole, but not in the typical virus-like particles, Golgi apparatus and 'multi-bubble bodies'. The ultrastructural changes described above were frequently found in the antigen positive cells. The results suggested that the ullrastructural changes were caused by EHEV infection.
