摘 要:作者观察了侧脑室内注射胰岛素对大鼠基础胃酸分泌的影响.采用SD大鼠46只,性别不拘,体重180~250g.结果表明,侧脑室内注射40 mU胰岛素可使胃酸分泌明显降低(30 min时总酸度下降了28.96%±16.14%,x±S,P<0.01).脑室内预先注射阿托品和酚妥拉明,均可阻断胰岛素的上述作用,后者的作用更明显.在外周静脉注射阿托品对脑内注射胰岛素的抑酸作用不明显,而酚妥拉明则可阻断脑室内注射胰岛素的作用.实验结果提示,脑室内注射胰岛素抑制基础胃酸分泌,可能与影响中枢胆碱能和肾上腺素能神经有关,而在外周则是通过肾上腺素能神经介导的.We observed the effect of insulin injected intracerebroventricularly on basal gastric acid secretion in rats. Forty-six SD rats weighing 160-280 g were used. The results showed that injection of 40 mU of insulin into the lateral ventricle could significantly decrease basal total gastric acid output by 28.96%±16.14% (x ± S, P<0.01). Preinjection of atropine or phentolamine intracerebroventricularly (icv) reversed the effect of ict injection of insulin, but the latter was stronger in the effect. In the periphery, iv injection of atropine prior to icv injection of insulin had no markable influence on the inhibiting effect of insulin, while phentolamine blocked the effect of insulin on acid output. It is suggested that icv injection of insulin may inhibit the basal gastric acid secretion possibly through its action on central adrenergic and cholinergic nerves. In addition, the peripheral mechanism of this effect may be attributed to the vago-cholinergic system.
