酒石酸锑钠对家兔离体心肌细胞电生理特性的影响

摘  要:家兔10只,取出其窦房结-心房肌标本,用酒石酸锑钠(SAT)灌流后,起搏细胞动作电位幅值、O相平均去极速率及舒张期去极速率增加,动作电位时程(APD_(25)、APD_(50)、APD_(90)缩短;心房肌细胞动作电位幅值及收缩幅值增加,APD_(25)、APD_(50)、APD_(90)及收缩时程延长,心率增加:此外,还观察到各种心律失常现象。酒石酸锑钠(SAT)的上述作用可能与它使细胞内Ca^(2+)增高有关。The effects of sodium antimony tartrate ( SAT)on the electrophysiological properties and contractions of sino-atrial node ( SAN ) and atrial preparation of rabbit were studied using floating glass microelectrode. It was found that SAT perfu-sion caused an increase in action potential amplitude ( APA ) and in phase O mean depolarization rate and diastolic depolarization rate: and a hortening in action potential durations ( APD25、 APD50、 APD90) of the pacemaker cell, and an increase in APA, contraction amplitude ( CA ) , contraction duration ( CD ) and heart rate (HR) ; and a significant prolongation in APD25, APD50, APD90 of the atrial cells. Various kinds of arrhythmia were also observed. The results suggest that SAT perfusion may increase the intracellular calcium level.
