摘 要:通过对MQP-B磁粉与国产快淬粉的比较,发现两种原料粉的物理性能存在明显的差异。分别用两种磁粉制作了粘结磁体,发现在压制过程中磁粉有不同的表现,发生了不同程度的破碎,由此引起的磁体磁性能降低幅度也不同。分析认为,除了磁粉的磁性能外,影响磁体性能的因素还有原料粉的形态、硬度、流动性、表面形貌和成型后磁粉的损伤情况。Bonded Nd-Fe-B magnets were prepared using MQP-B and domestic powders, respectively. Obvious differences in physical properties were found between MQP-B and domestic Nd-Fe-B powders. Two types of powders were found to be damaged to a varying degree after pressing. As a result, differences were brought about in magnetic properties of the bonded magnets made from the MQP-B and domestic powders. It can be concluded that the magnetic properties of bonded magnets can be influenced by morphology, hardness, fluidity of raw powder, and damaging degree of pressed powder, in addition to the magnetic properties of raw powder.
