摘　　要：分析了C3 I系统功能建模的必要性和应解决的问题 ,讨论了C3 I系统功能的特点和适合C3 I系统功能的建模与仿真方法 ,指出基于Petri网的建模仿真方法是C3 I系统功能的一种有效建模仿真方法。介绍了国外用于C3 I系统功能建模与仿真的一些工具 ,指出了它们的优缺点。最后介绍了研制的一个C3 I系统功能建模与仿真环境。The necessity and the problems encountered in modeling the functions of C\+3I systems are analyzed in this paper. The characteristics of the functions of C\+3I systems are discussed, and suitable modeling and simulation approaches for the functions of C\+3I systems are introduced. Some tools used for modeling and simulation of the functionals of C\+3I systems are reviewed. A newly developed function modeling and simulation environment for C\+3I systems is presented in detail.\;
