摘　　要：介绍了国家导弹防御(简称NMD)系统的基本概念,美俄NMD系统的发展概况及特点,俄罗斯对付NMD的手段,并探讨了无源干扰技术在导弹突防和拦截中的作用。Introducing the basic conception of the National Missile Defence (NMD), moreover the general situation and the characteristic of the development for America and Russian's NMD system.
