摘　　要：测试系统的实时性和快速性对主控机与VXI模块之间的响应速度提出了严格的要求。在阐述和分析VXI系统中断机制原理的基础上,论述了利用可编程逻辑器件及VHDL语言实现VXI接口和中断电路的方法。并同时给出了利用VISA实现中断应用程序的设计方法。软硬件的实践使用表明,该设计有很好的实时响应性能。Quick response is required of the VXI module to the master computer in a realtime VXI testing system.The principle of the VXI interrupt mechanism is first introduced and analyzed in this paper and then the methodology of realizing this mechanism by means of PLD devices and VHDL is discussed.At last,the software technology of programming an application based on the interrupt mechanism is presented.Results of the practical use of the hardware and software show that the designing well satisfy the realtime demand.
