网络控制论浅叙

摘　　要：目前有关网络安全和管理方面的研究都是根据某些特殊环境和设备所出现的具体问题进行的,都是仅解决了某个环节的问题;而利用控制论的理论和方法来分析、评价各种网络系统性能,进而指导、规范网络设计和管理、提高网络运行效率和安全性的研究目前国内外还很少,也不成熟;网络控制论的研究是网络大规模发展到一定阶段的必然要求.提出了网络控制论及其网络控制论系统、网络时间和网络空间等相关概念;并从网络控制论法则、模型、研究领域、观察角度和分析方法等几方面对网络控制论作了介绍.At present all research on network security and administration is based on the concrete problems of some special environments and devices. And it only solves some of the problems. While using cybernetics and method, it is rare and immature to research on how to analyze and evaluate network performance, how to direct and standardize network design and management, and how to improve network efficiency and security. It's necessary to study on developing network on a large scale. This paper proposes network cybernetics and the related concepts such as network cybernetics system, network time and space, etc. And then introduces network cybernetics from the respects of rules, models, research fields, points of view, analysis methods and so on.
