摘　　要：通过对印制电路板(PCB)近场辐射模型的描述和建立,介绍了在控制数字电路板运行状态的基础上,利用磁场映像对数字电路进行故障诊断的技术.作为一种无接触式测试诊断技术,具有广阔的发展前景.With the description and creation of the model of radiated magnetic field close to printed circuit board (PCB), this paper presents a fault diagnosis technique based on radiated magnetic field image when digital controlling circuit is running. As a kind of 'non contact' test, no damage will be caused to PCB, and high security, low cost will be achieved. This technique will have a pervasive development future with its high diagnostic efficiency.
