大鼠下丘脑室旁核的肽能神经元分布

摘　　要：用免疫组化研究了大鼠下丘脑室旁核(PVN)中催产素(OXY),加压素(VP)、P物质(SP)、促肾上腺皮质释放激素(CRF)、促甲状腺释放激素(TRH)、神经降压肽(NT)、胆囊收缩素(CCK)、生长抑素(SOM)、甘丙肽(GAL)、亮氨酸—脑啡肽(L—ENK),血管活性肠肽(VIP)、促肾上腺皮质激素(ACTH)样等12种肽能神经元胞体的分布,并用图象分析仪对肽能神经元胞体面积,周长、最大径、最小径、灰度进行测量分析。结果显示PVN中存在上述12种肽能神经元胞体,其中SP、TRH、SOM、L—ENK样胞体主要分布在小细胞亚核。GAL、OXY、VP及ACTH样胞体主要分布在大细胞亚核,其余两者分布部位相似。图象分析表明大细胞亚核中各种肽能神经元胞体的大小基本相似,但GAL和VP样胞体的形状和灰度与其他肽能神经元胞体不同。小细胞亚核中各种肽能神经元胞体的大小不同,其中以NT样胞体最大,胞体的形状和灰度亦各不相同。Distribution of peptidergic neurons in the hypothalamic paraventricular nucleus. ( PVN ) of the rat was investigated by means of immunohistochemical techique, and the area, perimeter, maximum dimension, minimum dimension and grey of peptidergic cell body were measured by image analyser. All of these peptidergic neurons, oxytocin ( OXY )-, vasopressin ( VASO )-, substance P ( SP ) -.corticotro-pin releasing factor ( CRF )-, thyrotropin releasing hormone ( TRH ) -,neurotensin ( NT ) -, cholecystokinin ( CCK ) -, somatostatin ( SOM ) -, galanin ( GAL ) -, le-ucine-enkephalin ( L-ENK )-, vasoactive intestine poly-peptide(VIP)-,and ACTH-like neurons,were observed in the PVN. The data cf image analyser showed that the area of cell bodies in the magnocellular part of the PVN was similar each other, but was different in the parvocellular part of the PVN.
