摘　　要：对同工酶在牧草及草坪草抗性、活性、亲缘关系鉴定和遗传育种等方面的研究结果和应用情况进行了较为全面的综述 ;并就其中存在的问题和局限性及其发展前景提出了几点建议 ,认为 :在我国同工酶技术应用方面还存在一些问题 ,生理研究还不够深入细致 ,还需在杂种优势、品种鉴定。Forage and turfgrass resistance,activities,identification of phylogenetic relationship of isozyme were discussed in this paper ,as well as genetics and breeding of isozyme,the implication of isozyme technique in forage and turfgrass Some suggestions were provided on the isozyme studying
