摘　　要：欧洲空间局 ESA 的 OLYMPUS 卫星于89年7月发射成动,随后定位于静止地球卫星的轨道位置19°W。卫星的工作寿命为7年。卫星的各通信和广播系统已于89年10月正式开通使用。本文将较为详细地介绍 OLYMPUS 地空传播实验的有关状况。The OLYMPUS satellite of ESA(European Space Agency)was successfully laun- ched in July,1989.Then the satellife has reached the 19 west longitude in the geostationary orbit.The life of OLYMPUS is greater than 7 years.The communica- tion systems and broadcast systems have putted into operation since oct.1989.In this paper, the situations about the earth-space propagation experiments of OLYMPUS are introduced in more detail.
