亚洲玉米螟一、二代成虫行为生物学研究——Ⅱ羽化、交尾和产卵节律

摘　　要：报道了河北省亚洲玉米螟第一、二代成虫的羽化、交尾和产卵节律。两代成虫昼夜均有羽化,夜间明显多于白天。一代成虫羽化高峰为20～22时,二代成虫20～1时羽化较多。成虫在田间交尾最早始于20时10分,最晚为5时前后。交尾盛期:2代区一代成虫为23～4时,3代区一代成虫为1～3时,二代成虫为23～3时。两代成虫夜间产卵量占全天的89～98.7%,前半夜多于后半夜。一代成虫产卵高峰在20～21时,二代成虫21～22时产卵最多。以上结果与本项研究已报道的成虫行为动态和行为目的一致。The emergence and mating activities and oriposition rhythm of 1st and 2nd generation adults of the Asian corn Borer (ACB),Ostrinia furnacalis (Guenee) Were investigated in different areas in Hebei The emergence activities of both genera- tions were observed in the all day,and the emergence numbers in the nighttime were more than that in the daytime The emergence peak of 1st generation adults of the ACB occurred at 20 h to 22 h,and that of 2nd generation aduhs occurred at 20h to lhthe first mating time of adults in the fields was 20h10min and the last time was about 5hThe mat- ing peak of the first generation adults in 2～generation areas occurred at 23h to 4hIn 3～ generation areas,The mating peak of the 1st generatime adult occurred at 1h to 3h, and that of 2nd generation dadults occurred at 23h to 3hThe number of egg masses laid by both generatiun adults in the nighttime accounted for 890～987% of the all day,and the number of egg masses laid in the first half of the night was more than that in the sec- ond half of the nightThe average oviposition peak of 1st generation females was at 20h to 21h and more eggs were laid at 21h to 22h comparatively by 2nd generation females The results were identical with the behavioral dynamics and the behavioral end of the ACB a- dults that had reparted in this study project
