摘 要:以强耐冷性云南稻种资源昆明小白谷与日本弱耐冷性品种日本晴及其杂交F2代为供试材料,在控温条件下进行耐冷性鉴定评价,并以结实率为指标,采用Ishige的分析程序,分析结果揭示,昆明小白谷带有3对耐冷性有效因子支配其耐冷性。作为开花期耐冷性评价指标的结实率(X7)与株高、生育天数、花药长、花药宽、花药长×宽、穗粒数均无明显的相关性。This is the forth paper of the series to describe cold tolerance of rice.The parents of Kunmingxiaobaigu,Yunnan local variety with cold tolerance and Nipponbare,Japanese variety with coldsusceptiveness as well as their F2 progenies were used as test materials for evaluation of cold tolerance in Phytoton in National Agricultural Research Center for Hokkaido Region.Fertility percentage was used as criterior for cold tolerance and the program designed by Ishige in 1979 to analyze the data.The results showed that there should be three effective factors conferring cold tolerance at booting stage in the combination of Kunmingxiaobaigu and Nipponbare.No relationship was detected between cold tolerance at flowering stage and any trait of plant height,growth days,anther length,anther width,anther length×width,spikelet number per panicle.
