摘 要:以籼型南京11、IR36、中籼3037和粳型Balilla、秋光为测验种,研究云南稻品种矮嘎的广亲和特性。结果表明:在矮嘎与籼粳测验种的三交F1群体中,小穗育性发生明显的分离;在3个三交群体中,稃尖有色株的平均小穗育性均极显著地高于稃尖无色株,说明控制矮嘎的广亲和性基因与色素原基因C存在连锁关系,推测矮嘎中也带有广亲和基因Sn5。不同来源的广亲和品种均携带有的Sn5基因,与水稻品种起源、进化、选育等因素有关。Genetic analysis of wide compatibility of rice local variety, Aiga from Yunnan province was conducted. In three triple crosses constructed by mating Aiga with Indica/Japonica test varieties, the individual spikelet fertility segregated widely, and continuous distribution was obtained. Apiculus color segregated in three segregation populations. Further study on the relationship between spikelet fertility and apiculus color indicated that the average spikelet fertility of individuals with apiculus color was significantly higher than those apiculus colorless, which implied the gene responsible for wide compatibility in Aiga may be linked with chromogen C. Therefore, we deduced the wide compatibility gene of Aiga may be Sn5. The reason that all of the wide compatibility varieties studied from different origins carry Sn5 gene was also discussed.
