摘 要:探讨了家蚕盛产卵后不同时间的卵过冷却处理对四倍体诱发率和后代三倍体性比发生的影响。不同杂交组合材料盛产卵后不同时间卵所处的分裂期不同 ,影响到四倍体雌蚕的诱发率 ,处于第一分裂期的卵数越多 ,诱发率越高 ;诱发的四倍体与正常二倍体交配产生的三倍体蚕雌雄比例由 3∶1变为 5∶1是由于四倍体减数分裂中性染色体的行为 ,性比 3∶1时 ,仅是Z与Z、W与W之间的联会 ,其后随着这种联会增加 ,Z与W之间的联会也逐渐开始 ,从而使雌雄比例接近 5∶1。The influence of supercooling silkworm eggs of different age on the induction ratio of tetraploid and the sex ratio of the triploid in the offspring was discussed in this paper.The induction ratio of female tetraploid silkworm was dependent on the difference of hybridized combination eggs which were at the period of first maturation division,the more first maturation division eggs,the higher induction ratio.The proportion of female to male of triploid which were obtained from tetraploid crossed with diploid silkworm was changed from 3∶1 to 5∶1 due to the action of the sex chromosome during the meiotic division.When the ratio was 3∶1,synapsis only occurred between Z and Z,W and W.Along with these kinds of synapsis increased,synapsis between Z and W increased gradually,consequently the ratio of female and male approached 5∶1.
