摘 要:以试管稀释法、活菌计数法检测了克蚕菌体外最低抑菌浓度 (MIC)及最低杀菌浓度 (MBC)等 ,结果显示克蚕菌对苏云金杆菌、卒倒杆菌、青头败血病菌、八联球菌和产气杆菌的MIC和MBC分别为 0 5 μg/mL和 8.0 μg/mL。不同细菌接种量、不同家蚕血清含量和不同pH值对克蚕菌的抗菌活性略有影响。克蚕菌具有较强的体外抗菌活性。The minimal inhibitory concentration (MIC) and the minimal bactericidal concentration (MBC) were measured by brothdilution method and viable counting method.The result showed antibacterial action of Kecanjun against Bacillus thuringiensis,Bacillus thuringiensis var.sotto Ishiwata,Aeromanas sp.,Sarcine and Aerobacter aerogenes.The MICs and MBCs of Kecanjun were 0.5 μg/mL and 8.0 μg/mL respectively.The antibacterial activity of Kecanjun was slightly affected by the amount of inoculated bacteria, pH and serum concentration in media.The antibacterial activities of Kecanjun in vitro are higher.
