摘 要:在地下水接触氧化法除铁除锰过程中,分别对比了石英砂、优质锰砂及纤维球3种不同性能的滤料的除铁除锰效果及滤速、反冲洗强度及运行周期等运行参数。研究结果表明,纤维球和石英砂滤料均能除铁,但不能除锰,纤维球软性滤料用于除铁具有滤速高,运行周期长,反冲洗强度及水耗小、耐磨损等优点;优质锰砂滤料去除铁锰效果均较好,适用于铁锰共存水质。Three kinds of filtration material that includes quartz sand, high-quality manganese sand and fiber ball were applied in removing iron and manganese in groundwater by contact oxidation process. The effect of the filtration materials on removing iron and manganese was compared respectively. The operational parameters of filter rate, backwashing rate and operational period were also researched in this paper. The test results showed that fiber ball and quartz sand could remove iron, but couldn' t remove manganese effectively. Moreover fiber ball for removing iron had many advantages such as higher filter rate, lower backwashing rate, longer operational period and abrasion resistance etc. High-quality manganese sand was capable of removing iron and manganese simultaneously, so this filter material was very suitable to the groundwater quality that iron and manganese are present together.
