摘　　要：基于电子商务的发展对传统商务带来巨大的冲击和由其产生的法律问题的日益突出,指出电子合同法律规范是电子商务立法的核心内容,电子合同形式、电子合同的成立、数字凭证和电子签名等法律效力需要法律进一步加以规范.Based on the development of electronic commerce has made a great impact on the traditional commerce and the problems of law caused by it are feet gradually, the paper points out the legal rules on the electronic contract are the main content of electronic commerce legislation, the legal effect on the form of electronic contracts, digital certificates and electronic signatures needs to be confirmed by law.
