摘　　要：由于广东气温较高,作者用冷水代替50℃温水洗刷碳棒头,经长期试验和实践证明是可行的。关键是控制好污源区和调校好洗头机的毛刷以及旋转相互摩擦的速度等因素。作者在东部厂区实施近一年、效果良好,经济效益显著。Due to warm air temperature in Guangdong Province,China, the heads of carbon rod could be washed and brushed with cold water instead of 50℃ warm water This has been proved feasible based on long time experiment . It is critical to control factors such as the dirty sources, to adjust correctly the brush on the head-washing machine and the speed of mutual-friction during rotation. This innovation brings remarkale economic benefits after one year practice.
