复方红景天参芪花粉制剂对高原大鼠严重烧伤后动脉血气变化的影响

摘　　要：目的 :探讨高海拔地区大鼠严重烧伤后动脉血气变化及复方红景天参芪花粉对其影响 ;方法 :在海拔 3 480m甘南地区建立大鼠 3 0 %Ⅲ度烧伤模型 ,1 0 4只大鼠随机分为试验组 (红景天组 )、对照组及正常组 ,造模前灌胃给药 ,伤后不同时相点剖腹经腹主动脉穿刺抽血测 pH、PO2 、PCO2 、BE和O2 st;结果 :pH :红景天组与对照组伤后 3h开始低于正常组 (P <0 .0 5) ,伤后 2 4h～ 48h逐渐升至正常 ;PO2 :两组于伤后 3h～ 2 4h均高于正常组 ,72h接的正常 ;PCO2 :两组于伤后明显低于正常组 (P <0 .0 1 ) ,48h后红景天组与正常组接近 (P >0 .0 5) ;BE :两组于伤后 3h较正常组明显降低 (P <0 .0 1 ) ,伤后 6h ,红景天组高于对照组 (P <0 .0 5) ;O2 st:三组对照比较差异无显著性 ;结论 :高原大鼠严重烧伤后存在严重混合型酸碱失衡 ,以代谢性酸中毒为主 ,PO2 增高可能与过度换气和呼吸代偿有关 ,并不意味着组织不缺氧 ,实验组与对照组在各项指标中差异很大。证明复方红景天参芪花粉制剂对抗组织缺氧。Objective:To study the effects of RACC on arterial blood gas in rats with severe burn at high altitude.Method:A total of 104 rats were divided randomly into experimental model group (EG, RACC 4ml oral before burn), control model group (CG, normal saline oral before burn) and normal control group (NG). The models were made by fire up to 30% III degree burn. The indices of blood gas in the blood collected from abdominal aorta after burn were measured at differ time.Result:The level of pH in EG and CG were lower than that in NG after burn 3h(P<0.05) and restore to the normal after 24～48h. PO 2 in EG and CG were increased compared with that in NG after 3～24h burn and same as NG after 72h. PCO 2 were lower (P<0.01) in EG and CG than that in NG after burn and the PCO 2 in EG was same as in NG after 48h. The level of BE in EG and CG were lower (P<0.01) than that in NG after burn and the BE was higher (P<0.05) in EG than NG after 6h. No significant difference of O 2st in three groups.Conclusion:There is an acid-base disturbance when the rats were burn at high altitude, and the RACC could correct the disturbance and improve the microcirculation.The RACC has obvious effect of anti-hypoxia in clinic.
