高原、平原地区官兵尿脱氧吡啶酚改变分析

摘  要:目的 :探讨高海拔地区训练部队官兵骨代谢的变化 ;方法 :随机选择两个连队 ,官兵 1 1 5名 ,由平原 ( 1 3 0 0m)进驻高原 (海拔 43 0 0m) 2个月后 ,用化学发光酶联免疫法测定尿脱氧吡啶酚排泄率 ,并与返回平原 2个月后进行对比 ;结果 :进驻高原地区 2个月后不同年龄段尿脱氧吡啶酚的排泄率与返回平原后相比 ,2 0岁以下和~ 3 0岁年龄段差异有显著性 (P <0 .0 5) ,~ 40岁和 >40岁以上年龄段差异有显著性 (P <0 .0 1 ) ;结论 :进驻高原地区的官兵 2个月后与返回平原地区Objective:To explore the change of bone metabolism in officers and men on highland.Methods:Two groups of officers and men,who entered highland(4 300m above sea level)from lowland (1 300m above sea level),were choose randomly.Two months later,DPD were measured by ELISA and compared with that measured on lowland.Results:When DPD of different ages measured on highland were compared with that measured on lowland 2 months later,there were differences between below 20 and ~30 years (P<0.05),and there were significant differences between ~40 and above 40 years (P<0.01).Conclusion:Abnormal bone metabolism may be related with highland anoxia.
