摘 要:朱砂叶螨敏感品系(S)和抗药性三氯杀螨醇品系(Rd)、抗双甲脒品系(Ra)的各螨态历期在一定温度范围内均随温度的增加而缩短,发育速率对温度敏感性的高低依次为Rd>Ra>S。在相同温度条件下,2个抗药性品系均比敏感品系发育更快。3个朱砂叶螨品系的平均每雌总产卵量与温度的关系,可用二次抛物线方程拟合。在相同温度条件下,2个抗药性品系的生殖力均低于敏感品系,这表明抗药性朱砂叶螨具有生殖不利性。The developmental duration and fecundity of dicofol-resistant (Rd) amitraz-resistant (Ra) and susceptible (S) strains of the spider mite, Tetranychus cinnabrinus were evaluated at five constant temperatures (16, 21, 26, 31 and 36 ℃). With the range of 16-36℃, the developmental period of every life stage (egg, larva, nymph, adult) of the two resistant and susceptible strains were gradually shortened with the temperature increasing. The sensitivity of the developmental rate for temperature was in the order of Rd>Ra>S. At same temperature, the developmental rate of two resistant strain was faster that the susceptible one. The relationship between average number of eggs/female and constant temperature could be fitted to the parabolic equations. Our results suggest that the reproductivi-ty of two resistant strains was lower than the susceptible one at same temperature.
