摘  要:从土壤中分离得到 2 30株产酯酶菌株 ,经反复筛选 ,从中挑选出一株酶活及选择性均较高的菌株YQ2 31,该菌株所产酯酶能将外消旋的酯水解为手性醇 (环戊烯酮 ) ,且该酶优先水解 (R) -型酯 .经生理生化试验鉴定 ,该细菌为不动杆菌属 (Acinetobactersp .) .研究了该菌株的产酶过程 ,结果表明 :酶活在 2 4h达最高值 .同时研究了该菌株的催化特性 ,在反应 12h时其转化率达 48.8% ,eep为 92 .3 % ,ees为 70 .3 % .图 3表 2参strains of microorganisms are isolated from soil samples and they are capable of producing esterase. Among them, a strain is designated as YQ231, and exhibited high activity and enantioselectivity toward racemic ester of a chiral alcohol, 4-hydroxy-3-methyl-2-(2-propenyl)-2-cyclopentenone. It was found that the esterase hydrolyzed the R enantiomer more efficiently than S isomer. The strain was identified as Acinetobacter sp. based on its physiological and biochemical properties. The processes of fermentation and enzyme production of strain YQ231 were examined, with the highest activity observed at about 24 h. The catalytic performance of the strain was investigated in the hydrolysis of ester. As the reaction was carried out for 12 h, the degree of hydrolysis reached 48.8%, giving 92.3% ee p and 70.3% ee s, respectively. Fig 3, Tab 2, Ref 9
