摘　　要：区域可持续发展能力的评价 ,是实现区域可持续发展的关键与前提。利用层次分析法和主成分分析法 ,构建常德市区域可持续发展能力的评价指标体系 ,从总量规模和结构协调两个方面对常德市区域可持续发展能力进行评价 。Sustainable development is an essential model to coordinate development and population,resources,and environment.The key to and prerequisite for the realization of regional sustainable development is the evaluation of the capacity.An evaluation index system is constructed for the capacity for sustainable development of Changde by means of hierarchic analysis and essential component analysis.To evaluate the capacity from the total scope and structural coordination will provide the scientific foundation for the implementation of sustainable development there.
