摘　　要：为了求得对WTO规则精确而清晰的认识、理解和运用 ,有必要研究其特性 ,为此 ,文章对WTO规则模糊性的含义、表现、成因及影响等进行了探讨 ,并结合具体条款、个案进行了实证分析。In order to have a good and precise understanding and application of the WTO rules, it is essential to approach the nature of the rules. For this purpose, the article explores the fuzziness of the WTO rules, esp, its meanings, manifestations, causes and effects, by examininyg the relevant regulations and cases.
