摘　　要：面对劳动制度改革中的政策和实践 ,以及体制转轨和机制转换的迫切需要 ,必须揭示社会主义初级阶段劳动力的本质属性 ,以便使现行政策进一步理论化 ,让科学理论指导实践 。Faced with the urgent needs of the new policy and practice in the labor force reform,it is very necessary to expose the natural feature of the labor force in the initial stage of our socialist system,so as to further theorize the present policies,to theorize the scientific theory,to guide the practice and to make the working system according to the socialist market economy.
