摘　　要：世界新的技术革命 ,已经来临 ,面对眼前的信息世界 ,我们应该探索出记忆原理与信息论之间的内在规律 ,高效率地接收、处理信息。要挖掘人脑记忆的巨大潜力 。Te new word technology revolution has come. Facing the information world, we ought to explore the intenal rules between memory principles and information theories, and receive and handle information effectively. We should explore the huge potentiality of human brain memory and utilize the rules of information theories to serve human memory.
