摘　　要：对我国银行不良资产的总体状况、银行不良资产处置情况和造成不良资产的内外部成因进行了理论和实证分析 。The author analyses the status and reasons of China's NPLs based on the theory and real analysis methods, and provides some countermeasures and suggestions of dealing with the NPLs in China.
