摘 要:现代化大型机组的调节系统由于采用了独立电液伺服阀和油动机驱动的调节阀,阀门管理具有更先进的功能。能够方便地实现顺序阀和单阀的配汽方式,并能实现二者的无扰切换。对某型国产300MW机组阀切换特性进行了试验研究,结果表明,在不同配汽方式下机组胀差、汽缸金属温度、高、中压缸排汽温度和振动特性等均具有明显差异。指出应综合考虑机组的效率和运行安全性,以适应不断发展的电力市场。Some advanced functions of valve management were adopted to realize two distribute steam mode between sequence valve and single valve conveniently, including valve transfer in no load undulation case, by use of governor driven by independent servo valve and servomotor in modern large turbine units governing system. Some experimental studies were carried out on the valve transfer characters in a homemade 300 MW unit. The result shows prominent discrepancy exists between two distribute steam mode,in expand difference cylinder metals temperature, HP-IP cylinder exit steam temperature and the characters of vibration.It point out that the efficiency and the safety of unit running characters must be considered together to adapt developing electric power market
