摘　　要：电力市场技术支持系统的建设 ,必须既能保证电力市场的公平、公正和公开竞争 ,也能促进电力系统的安全、稳定和经济的运行。文中根据电力市场运营普遍规律 ,提出了基于 Internet/Intranet的电力市场技术支持系统体系结构 ,为市场报价、交易、结算、合同管理及信息发布等提供了更先进的技术手段。同时还对该系统中需解决的一些关键性技术 ,如动态图表显示、分布式应用和分布式数据库设计规划、系统应用级的集群和数据通信服务的管理、网络传输的安全性等做了详细介绍。The technique support system of the power market (PM TSS) is very important to modern power systems. It should guarantee not only the fairness and impartiality of power market competition, but also promote the safety, stability and economy of power market operations. Based on the operation experience of the power market, a new Internet/Intranet based structure of PM TSS is proposed, which provides more advanced technical means for bidding, trading, settlement, contracts management and information release. Some key technical problems, such as dynamic graphical display, distributed applications, distributed database design plan, aggregation at the system application level and safe network transmission, are also discussed in detail.
