摘　　要：在甚低码率视频编码技术中,“块效应”现象成为一个比较严重的问题。由于“块效应”的介入、严重破坏了图像的视觉效果。本文通过分析基于块编码的低码率视频压缩技术中的“块效应”现象,提出一种自适应的高频补偿滤波方法,并使其应用于H.263甚低码率视频编码,结果表明:采用自适应的高频补偿滤波方法可以有效地抑制“块效应”现象,改善视觉效果。In decoding low bit rate video data. the blocking effect appears a serious problem. In order to reduce image degradation as the result. this paper proposes a method for removing blocking effects in the very low bit rate video coding process. In this method, an adaptive filter with high frequency compensation is used. Experiments with the video decoder of H. 263 show that it improves the quality of decoded images obviously.
