摘　　要：根据笔者的教学经验 ,从电磁振荡的角度阐明谐振的物理意义 ,以能量转换的观点给出串联谐振和并联谐振电路的品质因数Q值统一定义 .According to the author's experiences for many years,the physical meaning of the resonance from the exchange between electrical and magnetic energy in the resonant circuits is explained.The definition of the quality factors Q of parallel and serial resonant circuits is unified.
