大鞍模拟线圈的绕制工艺

摘　　要：为了解决大鞍超导磁体的绕制和脱模工艺问题,我们用铜导线按实际尺寸模拟绕制了几饼线圈。本文描述线圈绕制和脱模的基本工艺路线,介绍所用的一些设备和工装卡具,给出所绕几饼线圈的参数,对有些特殊部件的加工方法也作了简单的说明。In order to solve the construction problems for a larger saddle superconducting magnet,a few pancake simulant coils have been constructed by use ofcopper wire with same dimension.Here,we describe its winding technologyand method for separating it from the mould.Some special equipments andtools,winding data and working procedure also be given in this paper.
